Once Upon a Time network roles

Writers: You have FOUR minutes to make your pitch, no more.

Audience: Here are your roles:

The Market Researcher will gauge the test group's responses outside the room, while the Marketing Department and Creative Development people talk amongst themselves, in the hopes of coming to a consensus. The President and the CFO will sit with John; the writers will sit apart from everybody.

The Market Researcher will rejoin the group to report his/her findings with the President and the CFO. (The test group members will sit silently off to the side.)

The Marketing Department, led by the person in charge of advertiser relations, will then share their views with the President and the CFO.

The Creative Development people, led by the person who oversees screenwriting, will then share their views with the President and CFO.

Groups/individuals will not speak except when it's their turn.

The President and the CFO will decide which series to pilot. In the event of a split decision, the President's vote trumps the CFO's.
